As a Sales Expansion Manager – German Market, you’ll spearhead growth in one of our most vibrant regions. Reporting directly to the CCO, you’ll command the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting decision‑makers in the DACH region. Missions

Key responsibilities

  • 🚀 Launch and develop new business opportunities via proactive outbound strategies targeting C‑level and Operations/CX leaders.

  • 🗓 Drive and lead high‑quality demo meetings, efficiently closing new deals.

  • 📊 Manage and optimize your own pipeline using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as tools like Lemlist and Kaspr.

  • đŸ€ Represent the company at key German‑based industry events.

  • Report and forecast performance metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually to the Sales team.

  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with sophisticated, tailored proposals.

  • Collaborate on refining market access strategy—enhance KPIs, personas, and USPs; and engage with marketing and growth initiatives.

Must‑have:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience (agency, services, or SaaS).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales negotiations successfully.

  • Fluent in German and English—confident in conversations with senior stakeholders (COO, CCO, Head of CX/Ops).

  • Adept at sales fundamentals: metrics, pipeline management, and understanding what drives results.

  • Stellar presentation and executive interaction skills.

  • A genuine startup mindset: agile, ambitious, and eager to learn.

  • Desire to scale quickly—aiming to become Head of Sales within 12 months and build out the team.

  • Energized by challenges and continuous self‑improvement.

 Practical details

  • Location: Berlin, with occasional remote work; travel to Berlin, Hamburg, or Paris as needed.

  • Contract: Permanent employment contract.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-driven commission (base salary: 65K€ to 85k€)
